Pressure Transducer Principle:
The inserted flat-diaphragm pressure transducer uses flat diaphragm to directly feel the pressure signal and uses ceramic capacitor or diffused silicon chip as a sensitive element. With a built-in processing circuit, sensor signals are converted into voltage, current and other standard industrial signals. It can be directly connected with the computer, control meters, and display instruments for long-distance transmission. Flat-diaphragm product’s end force diaphragm is exposed directly in contact with the medium to prevent scaling and viscous medium from blocking the pressure inlet.
Field of application:
It is mainly used for food, health, wine and other industries that require high sanitary conditions, but also can be used to measure viscous medium to solve the problem that pressure inlet is easy to be blocked.
